Terms
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of DraftPort, a product intake, listing preparation, review, and channel publishing workflow operated by VeraLayer Studio LLC. By using DraftPort, requesting beta access, or enabling a DraftPort integration, you agree to these Terms.
Private Beta and Availability
DraftPort is preparing for private beta and may change as the product is developed. Access may be limited, delayed, suspended, modified, or discontinued at any time. Beta features are provided for evaluation and do not create a service-level commitment, production availability guarantee, or guarantee of future access.
Seller Review and Responsibility
DraftPort is designed to support seller-controlled workflows. You are responsible for reviewing all product information, supplier data, prices, images, inventory, categories, shipping details, compliance requirements, and channel payloads before creating, exporting, publishing, or updating any listing. DraftPort does not guarantee that imported or generated product data is accurate, complete, lawful, platform-compliant, or suitable for sale.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, marketplace rules, intellectual property requirements, product safety rules, tax rules, shipping obligations, prohibited product policies, and channel-specific listing requirements.
Authorized Integrations
DraftPort may connect to third-party platforms, marketplaces, stores, and service providers only when you authorize the connection, provide credentials, or otherwise enable the integration. You represent that you have the right to connect each account, access the relevant data, and perform the requested actions through DraftPort.
For TikTok Shop and other sales channels, DraftPort is intended to create and manage seller-reviewed drafts or listing workflows for the seller's own authorized account. DraftPort is not intended to scrape TikTok Shop, bypass platform controls, automate purchases, or publish products without seller review and authorization.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse DraftPort, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, submit information you do not have permission to use, violate third-party platform policies, infringe intellectual property rights, or use DraftPort to sell prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, deceptive, or unlawful products.
Supplier and Marketplace Data
DraftPort may help organize supplier and marketplace information, but third parties control their own websites, APIs, rules, availability, and data. DraftPort is not responsible for third-party changes, API outages, account restrictions, listing removals, marketplace review decisions, supplier fulfillment failures, or platform policy enforcement.
No Professional Advice
DraftPort may show readiness checks, warnings, or workflow suggestions, but these are informational only and are not legal, tax, compliance, product safety, import/export, or marketplace policy advice. You should consult qualified professionals when needed.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, credentials, devices, and authorized integrations. Notify us promptly if you believe your DraftPort access or connected-account credentials have been compromised.
Intellectual Property
DraftPort, including its software, branding, workflows, and related materials, is owned by VeraLayer Studio LLC or its licensors. You retain responsibility for the product content, supplier materials, listings, and business data you submit or authorize for use with DraftPort.
Disclaimers
DraftPort is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeraLayer Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, marketplace penalties, supplier issues, or third-party platform actions arising from or related to DraftPort.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as DraftPort evolves. The "Last updated" date above shows when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of DraftPort after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
